He died on a trail, from heat exhaustion. A group of hikers were doing a strenuous hike in extremely hot temperatures, which I think is reckless, but anyway, the hike leader got them lost and everyone ran out of water. They called for Search & Rescue, but by the time they arrived, he died. Eight people had to be flown out by helicopter. It was totally senseless. My heart is broken 💔
